A serial sex predator today faces the prospect of spending the rest of his life behind bars after being convicted of the murder of schoolgirl Claire Tiltman.
Colin Ash-Smith stabbed the 16-year-old repeatedly in a “frenzied and remorseless” attack in an alleyway in Greenhithe, Kent, as she went to visit a friend in 1993.
